Great that you are visiting the website of B&B 'Effe-Zoutelande'!

Our B&B is located in a quiet area. The wide beach with its famous rows of wooden posts is within walking distance (about a 5-minute walk). Did you know that the beach in Zoutelande is one of the few beaches in the south of the Netherlands? No wonder it is also known as the Zeeland Riviera. From the high dunes, you have a beautiful view over Walcheren and the sea. The centre of Zoutelande with its cosy shops, restaurants and cafes is also within walking distance from our B&B.

Our 4 spacious rooms are all equipped with a television, refrigerator, cutlery/crockery, toaster, egg cooker, and coffee and tea facilities. Each room has its own bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and hairdryer. If desired, you can rent the rooms including a delicious breakfast that (from 8:30 a.m.) will be served in your room or, if the weather is nice, outside on our terrace. WiFi is free. Parking is easy and free on our own premises. You can also charge your electric car at our 3-phase charging station, powered by our 41 solar panels.

We consider peace and quiet important for our B&B guests. Our B&B is therefore not suitable for party-goers and guests who wish to return home after midnight (00:00).

We do not accept children under 12 years of age and pets are not allowed.

We are Ando and Yvonne Simonse. As true Zeelanders, we have been running our B&B Effe-Zoutelande with great pleasure since 2019. We believe in a personal and positive approach to our guests and want people to feel at home with us.

Zoutelande
Zoutelande is located directly on the coast on the southwest side of the Walcheren peninsula. The beach of Zoutelande, with its characteristic wooden groynes and high dunes, is one of the few beaches in the Netherlands facing south. This creates a unique climate, earning it the nickname the ‘Zeeuwse Riviera’.
